Don is responsible for developing and implementing customer-centric strategies, overseeing customer service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving customer loyalty and retention. A strong advocate for truth in tech, Don is committed to effective communication and the role it plays in cultivating productive relationships.

In his free time, Don enjoys traveling the world and has visited over 58 countries. He is also a loyal Chicago Cubs fan and a self-proclaimed petrolhead.
