Panzura CloudFS is Panzura's hybrid cloud file services platform.
The platform is underpinned by a global cloud file system, also called Panzura CloudFS, which consolidates distributed data and Windows File Shares into a single, authoritative data set in public or private cloud storage, or on-premises object storage, after deduplication, compression, and encryption. It then distributes that data to users and processes in real-time regardless of location, enabling cross-site collaboration and file co-authoring with high file performance that behaves like the files are still stored locally. Put simply, it enables distributed organizations to work as if all of their users are under the same roof. Its immutable data and immutable snapshots provide a global recovery point objective of under 60 seconds, which allows organizations to roll back data damage in moments, without loss.
Cloud mirroring provides storage redundancy by allowing organizations to maintain an identical, immediately consistent copy of their data set in a separate object store, which can be used as a hot standby in the event of a cloud outage.
The platform extends its reach and functionality with Panzura Edge for high-performance file services to remote users and trusted third-parties, Panzura Data Services for data visibility and governance, and Panzura Detect and Rescue for early data damage and ransomware detection and recovery.
