Mike Olsen

Mike Olsen is vice president of transformation and a member of the executive leadership team at Panzura. With over 20 years of experience, Mike has successfully driven transformations across various organizations' value chains and business operations. His mission is to deliver value and excellence to customers while ensuring efficient and profitable operations.

At Panzura, he leads the Enterprise Project Management Office (PMO) and the Office of Transformation, spearheading initiatives to optimize operations and elevate the customer experience. His efforts have resulted in significant improvements to technical debt reduction, incident resolution, and customer satisfaction. He is also focused on enhancing sales effectiveness and maximizing new ARR.

A combat veteran and TKD black belt, Mike has summited Mount Kilimanjaro. His kindred spirit is Bluey's dad, Bandit.
