Last month, Coldago Research released its 2024 Map for File Storage. The report analyzes the file storage market across 27 distinct companies and 37 globally during the past twelve months. Comprised of three individual maps for Enterprise File Storage, High Performance File Storage, and Cloud File Storage, each map displays vendors in the four categories of Niches, Specialists, Challengers, and Leaders.

Panzura has been named a leader in the Cloud File Storage Map, recognized for its execution and capabilities as well as its vision and strategy, and led by the award-winning hybrid cloud file services platform Panzura CloudFS.

This is a significant achievement as Coldago Research evaluates the completeness of solution offerings, customer satisfaction, and market share. Panzura's strong performance in these areas demonstrates our commitment to delivering innovative cloud file storage solutions and supporting customers through their digital transformation initiatives, as well as their data management and file storage infrastructure programs.

Unlocking Performance and Scalability for Hybrid Cloud Environments

Panzura CloudFS enables seamless file access, simultaneous co-authoring and collaboration, and data resiliency against ransomware and other types of malicious or accidental data loss. Its advanced features, such as global data deduplication and real-time file locking make it a formidable solution for modern enterprises.

The platform is designed to optimize data transfer and processing, which directly benefits AI workloads. Providing a global namespace and accelerating data access, CloudFS can significantly speed up AI model training and inference, leading to faster time-to-insight.

CloudFS integrates with leading cloud storage providers like Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform. Equally, the platform allows organizations to use on-premises object stores such as Cloudian

Panzura CloudFS recently achieved FIPS 140-3 certification, making it the only solution in its category with this stringent certification for its core data encryption and key management processes. This certification is crucial for organizations with strict security and compliance requirements, particularly those in government and regulated industries.

With its focus on security, performance, and scalability, CloudFS is well-positioned to address the evolving needs of modern enterprises dealing with explosive data growth and the increasing complexity of hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

Panzura Joins 60th Edition of IT Press Tour in the Bay Area

IT Press Tour is a long-running media event where leading-edge, innovative technology companies present their latest products and services to a select group of international journalists and technology industry reporters from publications including Blocks and Files, VMBlog, LeMonde Informatique, LeMagIT, DZone, and TechTarget, among others.

The event format allows participating companies to engage directly with influential members of the global technology media, providing them with in-depth briefing sessions to learn about upcoming innovations, view product and solution roadmaps, and discuss business and IT trends driving technology adoption.

We are delighted to be taking part in the IT Press Tour again this year. Later this month, we will join a select group of leading storage-focused vendors in the Silicon Valley to unveil our latest platform innovations in file data management and services. We see these innovations as transcending the limitations of 'what if?' and empowering our customers to ask, 'Why not?'.

The modern enterprise must navigate an ever-more treacherous data landscape. The explosion of unstructured data, evolving threats like ransomware, the expanding complexity of hybrid and multi-cloud environments, and AI-driven disruption mean they need data resiliency, command and control, and immediacy like never before.
